A member's access can now end on a date or be paused

A member's access can now carry an end date, renewable later from the list, and each permission for a plant or portfolio can have its own end date. A paused member keeps their place in the organization but cannot do anything until resumed.

• "Expiring soon" appears in the last seven days before a permission ends, and "Expired" afterwards.
• Only the organization that started a sharing arrangement can pause, resume or set an end date on it.
• Nothing is deleted while a member is paused, so resuming restores their access at once.
• When a sharing arrangement is paused or expires, the organization's members lose their permissions on the plants it covers.
• A member cannot pause themselves or change their own end date.
