Bachmann SPPC and mtu EnergyPack now serve as data loggers

A Bachmann SPPC park controller and an mtu EnergyPack battery can now be added as data loggers, the SPPC reading the grid connection point and the grid operator's and direct marketer's limits, the EnergyPack its state of charge, health, stored energy and power limits, with the next agent update.
