Battery plants now have an "Energy flow" page from converter to cell

Battery plants now have an "Energy flow" page. It shows live power through the converters and racks, state of charge, the voltage and temperature spread of the cells, a heatmap of every cell in a rack, and the same curves over a chosen period.

• All packs of a Linyang battery now appear with their cells, not only those with temperature sensors.
• The battery views appear once "Battery storage present" is switched on in a plant's master data.
• A converter that reports zero charge and discharge limits is marked as not dispatchable.
