A "Connections" page shows what is offline right now

A "Connections" entry in the main menu lists an organization's VPN services, plants and data loggers with their availability. Its "Live" tab shows everything that has been offline for more than 15 minutes, and which plants, loggers and components are affected.

• The availability bars can be switched between the last hour, the last 24 hours and the last 30 days.
• "All Connections" lists VPN services, plant connections and data loggers, each searchable and sortable.
• Each data logger shows the inverters, irradiation sensors and feed-in meters it reads, here and in the plant's list.
