A plant's regulating signals now appear on a "Control Units" tab

A new "Control Units" tab on a plant's components page now lists the signals the plant is regulated by: the cap from the grid operator, the cap from the direct marketer, and the setpoint the plant controller applies. Each signal names the data logger reporting it and can be renamed, hidden or given a note.

• A signal set for one part of the plant gets its own row, and a plant-wide one reads "Whole park".
• The tab appears only at plants that report such a signal.
• A signal exists because the plant reports it, so none can be added or deleted.
• A signal can be linked to a ticket like any other component.
• Battery components now name the data logger they are read from.
