A plant's inverters can now be grouped into segments

The "Segments" tab of a plant's components page now groups its inverters into blocks, roofs or sub-parks, each with a name of its own. Each segment adds up the panel and inverter peak power of its inverters, unless a value is set by hand instead.

• "Create Segment" creates a segment; inverters are then assigned to it or removed again.
• An inverter belongs to one segment at a time and can also be assigned while editing the inverter.
• Peak power updates as components change, including devices the on-site agent detects on its own.
