A plant can now host a VPN for other sites and people

A plant can now host its own VPN, with the keys and the port created by Mirox. On the plant's "Networking" page, other sites are added on the "Site VPN" tab and individual people on the "User VPN" tab.

• The networks of each connecting site are listed, and the plant reaches the devices behind them.
• An outgoing connection takes a WireGuard file or OpenVPN certificates, plus a username and password if required.
• "Require username/password from the connecting site router" asks a connecting site for credentials as well.
• Keys and certificates are shown once only, and "Rotate client certificate" in the Edit dialog issues a fresh one.
• Switching a hosted VPN off deletes every connection into it, which stops working immediately.
