Huawei battery storage is now read down to its cells

A Huawei SmartLogger with a LUNA2000 battery behind it now reports the whole storage: its converters, the container, its racks, packs and cells, with power, charge and discharge limits, state of charge and cell state of health. Plants receive this with their next agent update.
