Inverters that need a service visit are now flagged while producing

An inverter at full output but showing wear is now flagged with "Elevated temperature", "Insulation weakening", "Phase imbalance" or "Efficiency declining". Each problem is marked on the component and listed separately.

• A trend that is not yet confirmed appears only in the activity list, never on the component.
• An inverter can show two problems at once, each tracked and closed separately.
• These inverters still count as producing, so no production, availability or lost-energy figure changes.
• Inverters are checked for this once a day.
• No notification is sent for these, which appear in the event and component lists.
