The monitor list now shows live power and the limits per plant

The monitor list now has a "Live" column showing the power each plant is feeding into the grid, refreshed every 10 seconds. Below it stand the plant's two power limits, from the grid operator and from the direct marketer, each coloured only while it is holding the plant back.

• Each limit appears in the unit its sender uses, percent or watts.
• A dash means the plant sends no such value.
• A checkmark or a red cross shows whether the plant's control connection is working, where the plant reports it.
• An arrow beside the power figure shows whether the latest reading went up or down.
