A Meier-NT ADL-MX data logger can now be added

A Meier-NT ADL-MXmini or ADL-MXSpro data logger can now be added and reads the Power-One / ABB Aurora inverters and Si irradiance sensor behind it: power, voltages, currents, temperatures, irradiation, wind speed, daily and total energy, and each inverter's reported operating state. Plants receive this with their next agent update.
