The header bell now reports what happened on plants and tickets

The bell in the header now lists what happened on plants, tickets and the organization, and selecting an entry opens it there. The profile's "Notifications" tab sets which kinds of news arrive, from which priority on, and whether they also arrive outside the app.

• "Send notifications outside the app" is off until switched on, while the feed in the app is always on.
• Email arrives immediately, or bundled once an hour or once a day.
• "Working hours" sends notifications outside the app only on the chosen days and hours.
• Notifications can instead be sent to a web address, as plain data or to a Microsoft Teams channel.
• A plant can be muted with the bell in its header, or followed for everything it reports.
