Every plant now has a "Reports" page

Every plant now has a "Reports" page, on which a template and a period are picked and the report generated and downloaded. While a report is built, its cover and language are set, text added, a chapter renamed or hidden, and the report published to keep its files available to download.

• The ready-made "Plant Overview" template prints a plant profile, energy yield and performance, and can be duplicated to change it.
• A figure the plant cannot deliver is marked as missing, and the rest of the report still comes out.
• A chapter with money figures can only be generated by someone with the accounting permission on that plant.
• Daily charts now cover the whole calendar period with month markers, and each line's colour can be chosen.
