A scan now names each device on the plant network

A scan now names each device on the plant network: manufacturer, product name, type, model, firmware version and serial number. AI works this out from everything the device answers, including its own web page and its Modbus identification. Plants receive this with their next agent update.

• While a scan runs, the "Networking" page shows a "Verifying results via AI" step with how many devices are done.
• A scan started by hand identifies every device again, even ones an earlier scan already named.
• A name given to a device by hand stays, while manufacturer, type, model, firmware and serial number are updated.
