Files and folders can now be shared outside the organization

A file or folder from a plant or an organization can now be sent to someone outside it, who opens it with a link plus a 6-digit code or a set password, within chosen expiry, visit and download limits. A "Shares" tab now lists every share and what each visitor did.

• A share can instead let the recipient upload files, or run both ways, with an email for each upload.
• A folder can be restricted to a job, an organization role or single members before it is shared.
• A share can be revoked at any time, and the shared files deleted with it.
• Each visit is listed with the city, country, browser and operating system it came from.
• The link can be sent by email, and the code always travels separately.
