Each turbine now shows its own status and the alarms it raised

A wind plant's "Turbines" page now carries a "Status" column with the maker's own wording for what each turbine reports. Opening a turbine shows a "Status & alarms" section that lists the alarms and warnings it has raised, standing and withdrawn.

• Turbine alarms also reach the plant's event list, including closed alarms a turbine's own log holds for past days.
• Vestas turbines report this today, in the wording of the maker's own list.
• A turbine also reports why it was paused, and the stop commands its plant controller gave.
