A wind plant now has an "Unavailability" page

A wind plant's "Unavailability" page now lists its outages and curtailments as a register per turbine, with a timeline, the reasons and the report to the direct marketer. The organization's "Direct marketers" section lists each connection, and each turbine's serial number is now editable.

• The "Unavailability" report dialog has tabs for the timeline, the register, the curtailments and the direct marketer.
• The "Unavailability" page's register keeps each turbine's outages: declared, alarm, direct marketer.
• A turbine without a serial number is skipped by the report to the direct marketer.
