A Zebotec park controller now shows its power limits

A Zebotec PVPC park controller now shows the plant's active-power setpoints — the limit from the grid operator, the limit from the direct marketer, and the one the controller is acting on — each in percent of the plant's nameplate power. Plants receive this with their next agent update.
